One of my all time favorite green drinks.
- OJ 1 cup (fresh squeezed if possible)
- Spinach ( handful )
- Broccoli (handful)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Sliced Apple
- Rolled Oats 1/4 cup (optional)
- ICE (optinal but recommended)
Notes: Use orgainic produce if at all possible and use a strong blender if you have one like vitamix or blendtec.
Also if serving to kids a straw helps make it fun. 🙂
