Orange – Pear -Strawberries

Sharing is caring!

This is a juice that is great at any time of the day, but I love at breakfast time.

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 2 pears
  • 8 strawberries

This is enough to make juice for 2-3 people, but in the image above, I doubled up the quantities to make enough for all the family.

Oranges are excellent an source of vitamin C, but also supply thiamin and folate, potassium and calcium, not to mention smaller amounts of   other vitamins and minerals.  The pears add a wonderful creaminess to the juice, and that wonderful flavor as well as a range of vitamins and minerals.

Strawberries are also a great source of vitamin C & folate, plus manganese, postassium and other essential minerals.

By the way, that juicer in the background is the Samson 6-in-1 juicer which is I have been using for 18 months now as a multi-purpose juicer.  I would not recommend it as a wheatgrass juicer if that is what you mainly drink, but in small quantities, it can handle wheatgrass.
