This is a very simple recipe for Roast cauliflower to bring out delicious smoky and caramel flavors.

Ingredients:

  • A medium size cauliflower
  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Start by breaking up the individual florets from the head of the cauliflower and washing them.  Cut into bite-sized pieces. Coat the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Now roast in a hot oven until the florets begin to show a light brown colour on the edges from the caramelization. Add the crushed Garlic and Parmesan cheese to add additional flavour to roasted cauliflower.

Put back in the oven for an extra 7 or 8 minutes, until cheese melts.
