Anti-inflammatory juice

Inflammation is one of the main causes of disease, and a lot of the foods we eat contribute to the inflammation. With chronic inflammation comes disease. This juice is a powerful anti-inflammatory drink, and it’s tasty too.

Carrot pulp salad

Carrots are wonderful juice ingredients, but the pulp can also be kept and used for a delicious salad.

Ginger Spritzer

Ginger has amazing health benefits and is a great flavoring in juices. However, this simple juice is similar to ginger ale and does not require a juicer.

A juice to boost selenium levels for better prostate health, plus a few tips on other minerals that can help and what to eat to get them.

Zingy Refresher 1

This juice is really refreshing and packed with vitamin C. Experiment with different berries or leave them out altogether.

Magnesium Booster

A juice that is packed with magnesium and a stack of other nutrients. If you suffer from restless leg syndrome, this juice may help if the cause is magnesium deficiency.

Calcium Booster

Are your kids getting enough calcium? This juice may help solve that problem but is also great for adults too. Not only will it boost your calcium levels, but it will help fight inflammation in your body which is a major cause of disease.

Papaya & Orange

Oranges and Papaya go together like strawberries and cream, but are a lot healthier for you 😉 This juice tastes great and packs a nutritional punch.

Apple, Celery & Carrot

My favorite juice is very simple. 3 Apples (any kind) 2 stalks of celery 2 large carrots Extremely sweet and so yummy!! Add some ginger for a little kick.

Carrot, Orange & Ginger

Carrots & oranges go so well together, and this juice is a great all round tonic, but may help fight cancer and keep your eyes in tip top condition.

Green Alive Drink

This juice submitted by Payton contains two of my favorite juice ingredients – spinach and broccoli. Green vegetables pack a powerful nutritional hit, and this drink preserves all the goodness from the ingredients by using a blender, rather than a juice extractor.
