Three Healthy Carrot Juice Recipes

Carrot Blush


  • 6 carrots
  • ½ beet root
  • Handful of parsley
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Garlic
  • A pinch of salt

Peel the carrots at first. Wash the carrot, beet, garlic, spinach, parsley and pepper. Put all the ingredients into juicer and switch on your juicer. Blend them for 8 minutes to get thicker extract. Pour them into glass and a pinch of salt. To make your juice more refreshing you can add ice cube.

Carrot is a great way to get nutrition. It is full of vitamins and beta carotene. It helps to purify and feed nutrients to your cells.
