Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 2 sticks of celery
- 1 beet with greens
- 2 fist sized heads of broccoli
- 1 Orange with skin removed.
Juice the orange first, then the other ingredients.
The juice contains some of the big hitters when it comes to magnesium, but it's also packed with a lot of other nutrients including:
- Vitamin C
- vitamin A
- vitamin K
- vitamin B6
- thiamin
- folate
- calcium
- potassium
- manganese
