This section of the site has over 70 recipes using fruit and vegetables.  These are subdivided into food,  juices and smoothies.

Each recipe not only gives you the ingredients and instructions on how to prepare the drink, but also the nutritional details of each juice and the health benefits of the ingredients in the juice.
